Delivered by ASP, Waypoint-1 is a Scotland-wide project supporting Performance Makers* at every stage of their careers. Its central purpose
is to deliver one-to-one mentorship programmes, often lasting a year or longer. These programmes can cover everything from developing a creative vision to help with writing funding applications.
*Performance Makers can refer to performers, directors, writers, producers, choreographers, dramaturgs and visual, sound & AV designers.
As project director, Al is supported in his delivery of activities by core staff from partners, Dundee Rep Theatre & Scottish Dance Theatre, and a team of long-term collaborators.
